By accessing or using the website https://app201.afliweb.com and purchasing products from Stark Industries, trading as Dior Fragrance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our perfume and fragrance products in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services and Products Offered
Stark Industries offers for sale a range of perfumes and fragrances under the Dior Fragrance brand, including our universal top rated perfume. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website. Prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as displayed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval for defective or incorrect items. To request a refund, contact us at hello@perfume.ae. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, hacking, or engaging in any unlawful activity. You are liable for all activities under your account.

The Dior Fragrance brand and tagline are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stark Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
